Shipping

We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) physically takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract via an unequivocal statement (e.g., by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form available here, but you are not obligated to do so.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs if you have chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Returning Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are considered to have met the deadline if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.

We kindly request that you return the items in their original packaging, if possible. However, you will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized;
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery;
• Goods that by their nature are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

If any of these exceptions apply to (part of) your order, we will clearly indicate this on the respective product page.
