Shipping & returns


  • Sodermans bv will deliver the purchased products as quickly as possible - and no later than within 14 days - to the address specified by you when ordering, while supplies last. All goods are usually available from stock. However, an item may be temporarily out of stock. In the event that an accepted order cannot be delivered in whole or in part or delivery is delayed, Sodermans bv will inform you within 14 days after your order has been placed. In that case, Sodermans bvba has the right to terminate the agreement.
  • If a delivery period is specified, this is purely indicative. Failure to respect the delivery time cannot give rise to any compensation on our behalf as the delivery times are given for information purposes only and without any obligation.

Property of goods

Sodermans bv retains ownership of the goods delivered to you until you have paid all that you owe to Sodermans bv.



The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who purchase items online from Sodermans bv in their capacity as consumers. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 7 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Sodermans bv by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post, fax or e-mail) of his decision to withdraw from the agreement. The Customer must return or hand over the goods to Sodermans bv without delay, but in any case no later than 7 calendar days after the day on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the agreement to Sodermans bvba. The Customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 7 calendar days has expired. The customer pays for the return shipping. Incorrect delivery

You are obliged to inspect the delivered goods upon receipt. If the delivered goods are not in accordance with the agreement (delivered incorrectly or insufficient quantities, and/or with an error or damage), you must report this in writing to Sodermans bvba immediately after delivery of the goods. You must then return any incorrectly delivered or damaged goods to us immediately upon receipt, stating the defect.



Under the Act of 21 September 2004 on the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods, consumers have legal rights. This legal warranty applies from the date of purchase by (if applicable, delivery to) the first owner. Any commercial guarantee does not affect these rights. To invoke the warranty, the Customer must be able to provide proof of purchase. Customers are advised to keep the original packaging of the goods. For items purchased online and delivered to the Customer’s home, the Customer must contact Sodermans bv customer service in advance, after which the Customer must return the item to Sodermans bv at his expense. The seller's warranty service will then contact the supplier of the products, who will make a decision whether a defect is covered by the warranty. If this is not the case, the products will remain the property of the buyer and must be collected from the store. If a defect is discovered, the Customer must inform Sodermans bv as quickly as possible. In any case, any defect must be reported by the Customer within 2 months of its discovery. Afterwards, any right to repair or replacement expires. The (commercial and/or legal) warranty never applies to defects that arise as a result of accidents, neglect, falls, use of the item contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, failure to comply with the user instructions or manual, adjustments or changes to the item, heavy-handed use, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use. It also does not apply to articles with a shorter lifespan or wear and tear articles. The warranty is not transferable.
